We are delighted to welcome Admiral as our new partners in celebration of SOHK’s 10th Anniversary. The Admiral Group is a large employer in Wales and have won multiple awards for their values-led workplace culture. They are the only company to have been named one of the “Best Companies To Work For” every year since 2001, and in 2021 Admiral won their Special Award for Wellbeing. This partnership is very exciting for us at SOHK, as the fundamental values that underpin SOHK’s work and Admiral’s business culture are very much aligned.

Admiral have provided vital funding to support the work of SOHK Cymru through their Covid-19 Support Fund and will continue to work with us throughout our 10th anniversary year as corporate partners.

"This is an exciting partnership for us at Admiral. School of Hard Knocks are doing vital work in our community to reach those who are disengaged from employment or education, and their program empowers them to re-engage and achieve their full potential. We are excited to work with them over their 10th anniversary year, and to help them extend their reach across communities in Wales, helping more people into employment using their innovative, supportive, and fun approach."

Danielle Jones, CSR Manager at Admiral Group

We are thrilled to be partnering with Admiral an organisation whose values are so clearly aligned to our own. Both organisations are driven in providing opportunities and passionate about creating environments where individuals can thrive. As organisations, the wellbeing of our people is the most valuable resource we have, and we are very much looking forward to exploring ways we can work together to improve how we can best support Welsh communities and nurture the potential of the people who live there!"
